Place an order
By following the next steps, you are very close to be part of our happy Navyblue´s family:
- Choose the product(s) and select the size(s);
- Add to the Cart;
- Click on Cart;
- Click Proceed to Checkout;
- Fill the delivery information and select payment method;
- Click Place Order; (You will receive immediadtly a confirmation email of your order);
- The ordering process is completed.
- You are part of our family and elegible to our offers and special discounts. Family only! And where are my fantastic new Shoes? We must receive payment before your order can be dispatched. In the case of insufficient stock we will alert you and advised the exact time we can deliver. Other situations can occur and we will notify Costumers of cancellation via email within five days.
- Bank Transfer – Click on “Place Order”, confirm your information and you will be directed to a page with the bank details, for confirmation of the payment
- Paypal – Click on “Place Order”, confirm your information and you will be directed to the Paypal login page to access your account and confirm the payment..In the case that you do not own a Paypal account, you can register with Paypal, creating and activate your new account and then proceed with the payment process;
- Credit Card – Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express. For payments with credit cards, you must choose the Paypal option, and then, choose : “Pay with credt card or debit card”. The last step is to fill in all your credit card information required and pay. That´s it!
Shipping & Tracking
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 7 business days after order is placed and payment received.All our deliveries are made by Express Courier Service TNT for European and Worldwide shipments. When your order is send, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the Express Courier Service website with a tracking number to follow the progress of your delivery.
Delivers: Monday to Friday during business hours and cannot make appointments.
The Express Courierr will make three delivery attempts, leaving each time a notification with a code number and contact a number. Orders not delivered will be return to our warehouse. In case of failure to deliver, our Customer Service will attempt to contact you to verify the shipping address and arrange a new delivery. If a parcel is not withdraw after three attempts to deliver it, any eventual import or shipping fees related to the automatic return will be deducted from any eventual refunds.
Custom Duties (Non-European Orders): any customs or import taxes duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over the charges, and can not forsee what the cost will be, a customs policies and import duties may vary widely from country to country.
Please note that Customers take full liability for all postal charges, return shipments costs, customs charges, and handling fees even if should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
Returns & Refunds
Being part of our large family, gives us some responsabilities and we are here to make your experience as much enjoyable and comfortable as we can. We are pretty sure that you are going to be amased with our quality product and service, however we understand if you wish to return any product. You may do that within 14 days from delivery date. Proof of purchase and original packaging are required to be eligible for returning. The original packaging must be in undamaged condition. Returned items must be in new conditions with absolutly no signs of use. We do not accept exchanges.
Credit Card refunds can take up to 5 working days depending on your bank’s processing time – please note that we are unable to influence this. This applies both to the original shipping cost for your order, as well as the return shipping cost. Due to merchandising restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from.
Non-European Countries: when returning an item from outside the European Union, you should incur in import charges and taxes. Any eventual import fees or taxes related to the return will be deducted from any eventual refunds.
Note that, if your order was shipped damaged, incomplete or faulty, the return Courier costs will be supported by us. For other reasons, the Courier value will be supported by customer.

Conditions for eligible return:
- no signs of use and in impecable condition;
- Original package must be undamaged and in mint condition;
- Return must be sent within 14 days of receiving the package;
